As promised, attached is the contract between Baxter & Woodman and the VOIL. The only page omitted for the privacy sake of the provider was the Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions may be public information but I am not the authority on that so I have omitted it.

I'll continue reading this contract - on the face of it, sounds fairly standard.
However, back again to the 10 hours @ $100 per hour website line item.
Apparently, regular updates - i.e; Agendas and Newsletter postings along with ordinary miscellaneous updates and messages are included in the standard package pricing.
It would appear that "enhancing, maintaining & supporting" the Village website is what is contained in the 10 hours/$1,000 additional line item (that's an average of $100 and 1 hour per month of the contract term.
So, I guess there will not be any significant upgrade to the Village website. 10 hours or 1 hour per month?
Again, and "geek" Eagle Scouts out there?

Would only add that this is a contract for $22,916 for TEN MONTHS ONLY, or $2,291.60 per month (exclusive of the $1,000 special web pricing).
What was the previous "year's" contract cost per month?

Ooops!
Again, (any)"geek" Eagle Scouts out there
NOTE: THIS IS AN EMAIL I SENT TO THE MAYOR AND ALL TRUSTEES TODAY.
Mr. Verciglio,
Thank you for attaching a copy of the IT and VOIL website “Support Services Agreement” from Baxter and Woodman. Is this the complete agreement?
This service agreement is divided into sections labeled Attachments A, B, C and D. These four sections appear to be generic in nature and basically define agreement conditions, rate structure, hours spent by B&W and owner’s equipment covered under attachment “D”.
I read the entire contract and was very curious to know how much equipment is covered in Attachment “D” (Covered Equipment).
I was very surprised to find Attachment “D” completely blank. Can you explain please? I cannot believe that the Village would spend nearly $24,000 on a Support Services Agreement without listing the vital computer equipment to be covered.
Can you or someone from the Village provide this “Covered Equipment” list so everyone can understand the full measure of this agreement?
I understand that the Administration is new and must be given time to get a handle on all issues the Village faces. Most are trying and I hope you join in that effort, especially in respect to the right of residents to speak out and ask questions of their elected leaders.
As I have repeatedly stated, I have no personal issues with anyone and can appreciate the difficulties confronted in effective governance...so please don't misinterpret my comments.
Thank you,
Joe Ptak
